Swati Maliwal vs Bibhav Kumar : The F.I.R Copy

In a complaint filed by Bibhav Kumar at the Civil Lines police station, it is alleged that Rajya Sabha MP Maliwal sought to falsely implicate him, exerting undue pressure. Kumar claimed that Maliwal arrived at the Chief Minister's residence seeking entry, despite being informed by security that there was no appointment recorded. Despite objections from the CM office staff, Maliwal allegedly forcefully entered the residence.

Kumar recounted encountering Maliwal in the drawing room at 9:22 am, where he politely requested her to adhere to proper procedure. However, according to the complaint, Maliwal responded by screaming, hurling abuses, and questioning Kumar's authority to restrict an MP. Despite Kumar's composed response, Maliwal purportedly continued her aggressive behavior and even dialed the PCR to make false accusations.
