Sr. Adv.Kapil Sibal to run for SCBA President

Senior advocate Kapil Sibal, a graduate of Harvard Law School, has declared his intention to run for the position of President of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA), with elections scheduled for May 16th.

He previously held the role of additional solicitor general of India from 1989 to 1990 and attained the designation of senior advocate in 1983. Sibal has a distinguished history with the SCBA, having served as its president on three occasions between 1995 and 2002.
