The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) has announced the commencement of registration for the State Service Exams (SSE) 2023, starting on December 1, 2023. With a total of 242 available positions, interested candidates can submit their applications online via the official website, psc.cg.gov.in, before the deadline on December 30, 2023.

The CGPSC state service exams will consist of three stages: prelims, mains, and an interview. To qualify for the mains exam, General category candidates must secure a minimum of 33 percent marks in the prelims, while reserved category candidates need 23 percent marks.

The schedule for CGPSC 2023 is as follows:

- Online registration for the preliminary exam will commence on December 1, 2023.

- The deadline for exam applications is December 30, 2023.

- Corrections to applications can be made without a late fee from December 31, 2023, to January 1, 2024

- With a late fee, application corrections are accepted from January 2 to January 3, 2024.

- The preliminary exam is scheduled for February 11, 2024, with two shifts: 10 am to 12 noon and 3 pm to 5 pm.

- The mains exam is tentatively set for June 13-16, 2024.
